An Introduction to Crystals Workshop. Tuesday 17th August 10am.A brief look at how to choose, cleanse and use crystals for their healing properties. Cost FREE Venue Lowestoft.

An Introduction to Angels Workshop. Friday 27th August 9:30am. A light meditation followed by an introduction to working with angel cards. Cost £3. Venue Beccles.

Relaxation Workshop. Saturday 4th September 10.30am. Gentle techniques for all abilities to calm your mind and help your body heal itself. (please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat or blanket) Cost £3. Venue Lowestoft.

Empower Yourself Workshop. Tuesday 21st September 10.30am. Learn how to feel confident and strong in all kinds of situations and how to deal with people who try to control you. Cost £3. Venue Lowestoft.

Holistic Facial Workshop. Friday 24th September 9.30am. Give and receive a relaxing mini facial. Cost FREE. Venue Beccles.

Pilates Workshop. Tuesday 19th October 7pm. Gentle techniques for all abilities & ages. (please wear non restrictive clothing and bring an exercise mat or blanket)

Aura & Energy Sensing Workshop. Friday 29th October 9.30am. Practice feeling energy fields and sensing auras Cost FREE. Venue Beccles.
