Building on the success of the NHS Small Grants scheme, The Community Forum is delighted to announce the launch of the NHS Big Society Transformation Fund which is open to groups of any size operating in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area. The fund wants to encourage and support innovative and transformational ways in which the local voluntary and community sector can support improvements in health, wellbeing, patient care and experience.

Deadline for applications 5pm Friday 21st October 2011.

Priority will be given to innovative and effective projects that can demonstrate a tangible link to improved health related outcomes for local people and sustainability of activity following funding.
