Project Planning workshop for 2012 |
posted 16 Dec 2011 back to News |
This is a free workshop, the date will be confirmed in the new year.
With increasing competition for funding there is a need to present your organisation in as professional a manner as possible and learn how to demonstrate the impact you are having in your community.
A well thought out and viable project plan can show funders that you have carefully thought through how you are going to utilise their money to best meet the needs within your community.
You will have the opportunity to work through the life stages of a project from the initial planning through to your exit strategy, with support and advice. You will have the opportunity to share and discuss your ideas on good practice with other group members.
You will receive a copy of our Project Planning Toolkit to take away and use as a checklist for your future projects.
Although of benefit to established groups the workshop has proved particularly useful for newer groups and those setting up new projects.
